My name is Jenny and I live in Kernersville, NC. I have over 10 years experience working with the senior population, the majority with a form of dementia. I am compassionate, have good communications skills and love working with this population and their families. Experience: Provide in-home support for all daily living skills, including all personal care responsibilities, occupational and gross motor therapy support, preparing meals and socialization; Schedule, manage, and follow-up on medical appointments, including sick and well doctors' appointments, medical testing, and physical therapy; Perform housekeeping duties to maintain a clean, healthy environment, prepare food to ensure dietary needs are met for healthy well-being; Manage all household needs including laundry, shopping, and pets; Coordinate and compassionately communicate with client, client's family, and physicians to ensure proper care; Administer/assist with medication and manage medication changes.
