Nurturing children's growth and witnessing them reach their highest potential is my greatest passion. With 18 years of experience as a caregiver and a mother of three, I specialize in supporting children with Autism, ADHD, and complex behavioral needs. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), I utilize my expertise in ABA therapy and life skills instruction to create a structured, positive environment. I am currently pursuing a Bachelor's in Special Education to further refine my ability to support diverse learners. I am creative and imaginative, often engaging children through crafts, puzzles, and educational games. I am comfortable enforcing household rules and provide consistent updates through your preferred communication method. I am happy to provide attentive water supervision.
