About Jennifer

I'm here to help families feel safe and comfortable entrusting the care of a vulnerable loved one to me. I'm a former Federal employee, certified end-of-life doula, and home health aide with a college degree, and love to provide companionship, nourishing home-cooked meals, and enrichment including art and hand-selected reading mateials straight from. the local library. I'm also happy to spend quiet time watching movies and the news while homemade soups and stews simmer on the stove. I am very comfortable cooking low-fat, low-sodium nutritionally complete meals full. of color and veggies. I also make a mean lasagna. I can also help with errands, light housekeeping, and transportation. I have a fully functioning car and am comfortable with pets--I love all animals. Cooking nourishing food and offering care brings me immense fulfillment, and I look forward to bringing you relief and reliability. Jennifer
