I've spent over 10 years working with Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, stroke, aphasia, dementia, and limited mobility. I've instructed exercise for retirement center, and other community centers while traveling to, independent clients of all ages including post therapy, functional fitness, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, and senior functional exercise and strength. My career has included knowledge of the senior body and mind. Including 17 years of continuing education in not only fitness, but many other aspects, such as physical limitations, mental and emotional health from life changes, common medicines, and how they affect the body, as well as, their purpose and many more.
