Jennifer was hired as a Senior Caregiver, working 8 hours per day, 3 days per week. Week 3, she sent a text 5 minutes before she was scheduled to arrive stating she was unable to work that day. The next day she did a "no-show, no-call." Despite multiple attempts to contact her, she never responded. This is professionally not acceptable.
