About Jennifer

I'm a passionate and experienced childcare provider with a deep desire to make a positive impact on children's lives. For the past five years, I have worked as a paraprofessional at a local school, where I gained experience using Google Classroom. My patience, creativity, and friendly demeanor make me an excellent caregiver. With my strong communication skills, I keep parents informed about their child's day and any issues that arise. I use the preferred communication method of each parent, whether it's verbal communication at pickup, regular updates via text, or phone calls. In terms of enforcing household rules, I'm very comfortable doing so. I believe in creating a structured and safe environment for children, and I consistently enforce rules in a firm but gentle manner.
