We love Jen!!!! She has cared for our daughter for 3 months so far (since she was 18 months old) and we hope she never leaves! She felt immediately like a longtime friend and part of our growing family. She has the sweetest energy and presence with our daughter, who absolutely adores her. Among many things, Jen has a unique ability to connect effortlessly on the same level as our daughter -- simultaneously sharing a child-like joy in all the little things, while also talking to her and engaging with her as if an adult. It nurtures our daughter and also builds her sense of confidence and independence and pride. Jen is a truly goodhearted soul, is trustworthy, incredibly thoughtful, easygoing, engaged, creative, very flexible on schedule... everything one would want... but it's the intangible magic and sweetness she exudes which makes her truly special. Don't hesitate for a second to snag time with her if you can (but secretly we want her all to ourselves).
