Jenn was caring and sweet with our son, but unfortunately I cannot recommend her if reliability is important. We had multiple conversations about schedule and hours, and she repeatedly assured us the schedule and finances were not an issue. Despite knowing I was going on maternity leave in two weeks, she accepted another position and left without notice. We had made significant childcare decisions based on her assurances, so the way this was handled was extremely disappointing.
