I enjoy caring for people, listening to their stories and bringing them joy. My clients are like family to me. With over five years of experience, I provide respite care, transportation, personal care, light housekeeping and much more. I worked as a CNA for about a year. I left to raise our first baby. I took care of my mama with dementia for years until her stroke and passing a week later. I'm adept at medical management, mobility assistance, and dementia care. I learn client routines and medications quickly. I am patient, fun, compassionate, and trustworthy. I have experience de-escalating situations and handling confusion. I follow your preferred communication method. It's important for my clients to feel safe, heard and respected. I value my clients' trust and independence. I have some college education, and am working toward my surgical tech degree. I've had training in CPR, First Aid, have a reliable car and love pets.
