About Jennifer

Making a real difference in someone's life is what drives me. With many years of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Home Health Aid, I'm passionate about supporting adults and seniors, and helping them maintain their independence. I provide transportation, run errands, do light housekeeping, and prepare meals. I also have experience adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion. I communicate with families through daily reports and verbal updates, always following their preferred method. Respecting independence is important to me when connecting with care recipients.
