I am skilled in de-escalating stressful situations, managing confusion, and incorporating memory care activities. I communicate with families through verbal updates and regular texts or calls. Understanding your loved one's preferences and history is important to me. I am certified in CPR and First Aid. My background includes a college degree and fluency in English, Spanish, and Sign Language (ASL). I would be privileged to use my skills to ensure your loved one feels safe, respected, and cared for.
