About Jennifer

Hello! My name is Jennifer and I like warm... Wait, wrong intro... I am 50 and have been doing child care off and on since I was a teenager. I've been married for 21 years to the man who keeps me on my toes. My son is 25, and I am an honoray grandma to a spunky 2. 5-year-old boy. I've worked in centers, ran a daycare out of my house, was a foster parent, and recently worked at a Montessori Center. I discovered while working at this center, I enjoy a more one on one environment. I love catering my time with children to their interests. One little dude I worked with learned his colors and how to count while playing with Hot Wheels with me. My hobbies are sketching, arts and crafts, listening to Audiobooks (while doing crafts), and attempting to keep plants alive. I love being outside of the house/classroom, letting the children explore different environments. My favorite activity with kids is: Funky Food Friday! I bring a different food/fruit for the kids to try.
