About Jennifer

Jennifer has been an excellent nanny for our family. She has cared for our children, ranging from a newborn to age 6, for over a year now. She loves the kids and has become a real part of our family, not just someone who watches them. Reliability matters a lot when you're trusting someone with your children, and Jennifer never gives us a reason to worry. She's always on time, often early, and communicates well so we're never left wondering how things went. She's honest, respectful, and trustworthy, and we feel completely comfortable when she's out with the kids on an outing. What really sets Jennifer apart is the thoughtfulness she brings to her work. Drawing on her years of childcare and Montessori experience, she comes up with fun, enriching crafts and activities tailored to each child's age and abilities. Every week she shows up with new age-appropriate toys, games, and puzzles that our kids look forward to and genuinely enjoy. She also takes them on outings they love, always with their interests and development in mind. Jennifer is just as dependable with the day-to-day details. She prepares lunches and snacks, has the kids clean up after themselves, and even helps with laundry. She manages nap schedules well and handles sibling conflict and toddler tantrums calmly and patiently. Juggling multiple ages at once isn't easy, but she does it seamlessly, giving each child the attention they need. On top of all of that, she's thoughtful and flexible, adapting easily to our family's changing needs and schedule. We can't recommend Jennifer highly enough. She has been a true gift to our family, and we know she'll be the same for yours.
