I was super excited to work with Jennifer! She came and met the family and my little one adjusted very well. We even put her on schedule right before my husband was leaving out of town, and made a schedule for the following two weeks prior to her starting. Two days before her start date, she let me know that she is longer available for the position. Not only was she not available for the position overall, but was also not available for the two week schedule she committed to, which led me to scramble for help last minute. I was heavily relying on the help I was going to have since I am a mother of 3 young children. Although I have no doubt she is great with kids, I am giving the rating due to the inconvenience and time spent on hiring her.
