Jen was great with the clients care. Unfortunately she was frequently late for her shifts. Interactions with the client's wife and daughter were not always positive. I also had a hard time getting a hold of her to discuss those interactions and her availability after an unexpected transportation issue kept her from coming to a scheduled shift. Due to this the family chose move forward in another direction.
