Jen was great with our 3 year old and 6 month old. She communicated very well and was always quick to respond. Both boys were fed, clean and asleep when we got home, which is a huge win in our book! She even quickly realized the quickest way to our son's heart is an Oreo, helping get his dinner eaten. I greatly appreciated her flexibility in scheduling with us, and our changing needs as the number of children who would be in attendance for the evening shifted.
