About Jennifer

Hello! My name is Jennifer Lobato, and I have spent the past 12 years working as a Montessori infant and toddler teacher. I am also the parent of two children, ages 12 and 15, whom I have raised within the Montessori philosophy. After more than a decade in a school setting, I am now making the transition into a nanny position. I am deeply passionate about the work I do. While I greatly value the work and experience for over a decade in the classroom, what has always felt most meaningful to me is working closely alongside families. I believe in partnering with parents to support their needs just as much as their child's needs. I often share with families that my role is to bring expertise in child development and education, while their role is to bring expertise in their child as an individual. When we work together, we create the strongest foundation for a child to grow and reach their highest potential.
