About Jennifer

For the past 12+ years, I have been empowering children to become whole, healthy, high-character individuals who understand and lovingly manage their inner terrain. I leverage my background in development, education, fitness, health, and wellness to guide them toward that standard. This may sound like serious business, but laughter and fun are 2 core guiding principles when I work with kids:) Working with children is my 'sparkle' and simply an extension of who I am. I delight in connecting on the heart level and witnessing their journey of growth and development. I view myself as the third leg of the parenting 'stool' and care deeply about this role. I am a big believer in child-led everything, with appropriate boundaries, of course, and am all about fostering independence. I also find fulfillment in making sure your home runs efficiently, thus being a nanny manager is truly my dream job. I'm seeking a consistent 30ish hour per week schedule. Can't wait to meet my dream team!
