About Jennifer

I was 9 years old when I babysat for the first time. I am Mom to 2 biological sons and 2 adopted daughters who were born in Haiti. They came home together at ages 12 months and 2 months when I was 51. I'm grandma to 7 grandchildren. In the past I was a foster parent to special needs children. While a foster parent I participated in some play therapy training and general parenting classes. I enjoy children of all ages and give individual attention and play time that each child needs. I'm energetic and willing to help with tasks as needed including meals, laundry, light cleaning, groceries pick-up and overnights. I'm experienced with pets including cats, dogs, birds, fish and horses. My schedule is flexible. I'm looking for a recurring position where I could be most helpful to parents. I am also available for one time care as needed.
