Jen has been wonderful and we feel like she is a true part of our family. She is amazing and engaging with our 18th month old daughter. They truly have a bond. Jen has taken direction well for all that we've asked of her with feedings to schedules and activities. She is very hands on. Without being asked she also lends a hand around the house with housekeeping and cleanup duties. She is flexible with her schedule when needed and always has our daughters best interest at heart. We've been very happy and highly recommend her to another family in need a high quality child care
