About Jennifer

Hello! I love helping seniors get through their day easier and feel good about life. I have 10 plus years of experience caring for my elderly parents who passed away at 90 and 102 years old, 2 each as a trainer/companion for a 86-year-old woman and a 95-year-old gentleman, 5 as a rehab tech at Illinois Bone and Joint Institute, and 2 years of graduate school in Counseling. I am skilled in helping with activities of daily living, transportation to and from appointments, medication management, encouragement and guidance in exercises for strength, flexibility and balance as well as listening to, having fun with and being a caring presence for elders. I'd be honored to help your loved one feel happier and stronger.
