I have extensive experience supporting students with special needs as a special education teacher, special education paraprofessional, and in-home technician. In these roles, I worked with students across a range of abilities, providing individualized instruction, implementing IEP goals, and supporting academic, behavioral, and social development. I collaborated closely with teachers, families, and service providers to create positive, structured learning environments. My in-home work strengthened my ability to build trust, adapt strategies, and support skill development in real-life settings.
