About Jennifer

I want families to know that I am caring, patient, and reliable. I have a lot of experience working with kids of different ages and with individuals who have special needs. I have worked in after-school programs and in a school setting, where I helped with daily routines, learning activities, and behavior support. I am calm, understanding, and always try to create a safe and positive space. I communicate clearly with families and make sure their child feels supported, respected, and cared for every day. I am looking for a weekend job when I am home from college. I want something flexible where I can work with kids, help families, and use my experience in a positive way. I began by babysitting in high school , which helped me learn responsibility and basic childcare skills. After that, I worked with Palmdale Parks and Recreation and then at an after-school program. I am currently working in a school as an instructional assistant, where I support students with special needs.
