About Jennifer

My name is Jennifer. I live in Cypress, Texas area. I have more than 13 years of teaching (homeschooling) and academic intervention experience in Early Education, Elementary and Middle School settings - private and public. I have taught in the central and eastern regions of the United States. I have also taught at Children's Courtyard, Bethany's Weekday-school, Catapult Learning and Katy, LaMarque and Houston Independent School Districts. I specialize in teaching basic life skills, math, phonics, phonemic awareness, reading, handwriting, writing, STAAR strategies to struggling learners and exceptional students (grades pre-k through 6). I am also available to help your high school student with undergraduate college and career planning. I am patient, consistent, caring and will motivate your child to enjoy learning. You can count on me to help your child bridge those academic gaps and develop necessary skills needed to navigate through life!
