I hired Jennifer to take care of our Airbnb and rental RV. First cleaning went fine. After the next few cleanings i messaged Jennifer with with few comments on the cleaning, small things mainly. I won't say that she did a bad job, however i could see that her goal was to get in and out as soon as possible. A lot of small things were left behind: like hair on the base of the tables, random spots and stains on the counter and toilet seat, crumbles in the drawers, half used toilet paper rolls, etc. It took me 20 minutes to correct those issues, however those items are crucial to a good feedback from guests. When i messaged her for the second time, she said that she won't be offering her services to me anymore. Upon initial meeting Jennifer told me that she is VERY attentive to details, however i believe that is not the case.
