I'm a patient, caring, and understanding caregiver who enjoys working with children of all abilities. I have a background in social work and understand that every child has their own personality, strengths, communication style, and individual needs. I'm comfortable supporting children with autism, ADHD, developmental delays, behavioral challenges, and other special needs. I understand the importance of patience, consistency, routines, clear communication, and creating an environment where a child feels safe and comfortable. I'm happy to provide one-on-one attention, follow established routines and care plans, help with transitions, and offer encouragement and support when a child is feeling overwhelmed or having a difficult moment.
