About Jennifer
Experience: 10 yrs
I have been working in the child care and preschool business since 1985. I have a deep respect for the family unit and enjoy working with children. I am EEC certified as an infant/toddler teacher, and a preschool lead teacher/director. I have taken a lot of course work in early childhood education. However, I have definitely learned more through my years of experience working with families. I am First Aid and CPR certified. Another factor that should be mentioned is that I am a stepmother and mother myself. This gives me a better understanding of the challenges that face parents on a daily basis. I am hoping to find the perfect situation that suits both the family that I am serving, and my own family needs. Working with children has been my life-long passion and will forever be.

Jennifer is our current Nanny but it feels more appropriate to call her family at this point. When searching for a full-time caregiver, we could have never imagined finding someone as skilled, patient, engaging, or kind as Jennifer. If it were an option, we would keep her with us for life, but it is time for our daughter to join preschool. With Jennifer, you will find a caregiver who always puts what is best for your child first. Her background in education equipped her to monitor, track, and develop major milestones for our daughter. She is always engaged in play, creates educational crafts and activities for our daughter, and is not afraid to get outside no matter the weather! Jennifer is the most ethical, punctual, and present person I have ever met. She brings 100% of herself to our home every single day, and because of that, I have never worried about whether or not my daughter would be loved, protected, or nurtured in her care. Though I know we have developed a bond that will last a lifetime, her presence in our home will be missed. We cannot recommend her enough and we truly believe anyone who welcomes her into their home will consider themselves lucky!
