About Jennifer

I have been working in the child care and preschool business since 1985. I have a deep respect for the family unit and enjoy working with children. I am EEC certified as an infant/toddler teacher, and a preschool lead teacher/director. I have taken a lot of course work in early childhood education. However, I have definitely learned more through my years of experience working with families. I am First Aid and CPR certified. Another factor that should be mentioned is that I am a stepmother and mother myself. This gives me a better understanding of the challenges that face parents on a daily basis. I am hoping to find the perfect situation that suits both the family that I am serving, and my own family needs. Working with children has been my life-long passion and will forever be.

Jennifer is our ideal nanny in several ways. She aligns to routines we established for our toddler, gives comprehensive updates every day, talks through any potential concerns, curates unprompted enrichment activities through arts and crafts, has safety in the forefront of her caregiver awareness, and best of all - our kiddo loves her and asks about her every day. Jennifer has become so engrained in the development of our daughter that we consider her part of the family. She has the mama experience and extensive background in early education. She is also very mindful of the home and providing relief in related chores. Any family that hires her will be grateful for the common sense, trust and patience easily brought to the table.
