About Jennifer

I have been working in the child care and preschool business since 1985. I have a deep respect for the family unit and enjoy working with children. I am EEC certified as an infant/toddler teacher, and a preschool lead teacher/director. I have taken a lot of course work in early childhood education. However, I have definitely learned more through my years of experience working with families. I am First Aid and CPR certified. Another factor that should be mentioned is that I am a stepmother and mother myself. This gives me a better understanding of the challenges that face parents on a daily basis. I am hoping to find the perfect situation that suits both the family that I am serving, and my own family needs. Working with children has been my life-long passion and will forever be.

We have loved working with Jennifer for the last year and half, and we're so grateful that she has become a part of our family. Besides being a talented early childhood educator, she is also one of the most thoughtful, kind, and empathetic humans I've ever met. We immediately felt comfortable around her and knew we could trust her to take care of our little guy. She helped us to track his milestones and development, and she was so patient while teaching him new skills. Jennifer always planned a great day for him, full of walks around the neighborhood, playing at the playground, reading books, making art, and singing. Our son has several food allergies and I always appreciated how sensitive Jennifer was to his needs. She is also extremely reliable, responsible, and is an excellent communicator. I know her time with our son has had a positive impact on him that will last a lifetime! We can't recommend Jennifer enough!
