Jennifer was our nearly full-time nanny when my son was 3.5 months old to almost 10 months old. We would have loved to keep her longer, but her own family needed her back :) Jennifer is amazing, and we felt so lucky to have her as our son's first nanny. She is so warm and caring, and our son adored her from the start. My husband and I both work from home full time, so we got to see firsthand just how happy he was with her every day, and how she made his days brighter singing to him, playing music, and coming up with fun new ways to keep him entertained. Jennifer is very easygoing and flexible, and our relationship always felt collaborative. She truly supported us so much as we figured out our parenting style as we went along (our first baby) -- I'm a better parent now having watched Jennifer interact with my son.
