Learning alongside students is truly my passion. For the past 10 years, I've enjoyed helping elementary students thrive in Math, English, Science, Art, and History. My approach aligns with classical education, emphasizing slowing down, being present, and making learning thought-provoking and fun. I actively listen and observe to understand each student's unique learning style, adapting my teaching with visual aids, hands-on activities, discussions, and practice problems. I keep students motivated by incorporating play and addressing challenges directly. Communication is essential; I provide regular updates to parents to foster a collaborative learning environment. Witnessing a student's "aha!" moment is the most rewarding part of tutoring. I hold am certified in CPR and First Aid. I would love to assist your family in education.
