About Jennifer

I have many years of experience working with senior citizens, as a child care provider, and a caregiver. I'm available to drive, run errands, cook, lightly clean, help organize, encourage physical activity, and good conversation. I love traveling and study Spanish, Italian, and French. I spend my weekday mornings teaching Yoga, Pilates, and Physical Therapy Exercises at gyms and private studios and can use my 20+ years of teaching to help someone in need.
