About Jennifer

I've taught voice lessons, dance, and acting. While challenges inevitably arise, I truly value being a part of a child's story and don't take that for granted. It is an honor, privilege, and serious duty to be trusted with the safety of a child and I take that seriously. I strive for empathy, kindness, gentleness, and fun. I like working with kids because I want them to know they are loved! I'm looking for a job with clear communication and expectations! Clarity is kindness :-) I started working with kids when I was 12 years old, and have worked in performing arts education since 2014. In my spare time, I like to sing, write songs, perform, teach or practice yoga, cook yummy GF meals, be silly with my husband, and snuggle my cat. One thing you should know about me is that I have unfortunately suffered a few concussions, so I do best with kids who aren't too rowdy--thank you for understanding! My skills include homework help, performing arts education, and active listening.
