About Jennifer

We interviewed Jennifer in March 2017 for our full-time nanny position. Before meeting her, we checked with her references and they were outstanding (including from a family who she had been with for 10 years). Her prior families described her as warm, reliable and a wonderful caregiver who had become a part of the family. During our interview with her, it was clear that she would have been a great fit. She is active, experienced and made it clear that she was willing to take initiative around the house to keep it organized when the kids were at school. We ended up hiring a nanny who had worked for a family in town that we knew, and as such, we were already familiar with her. However, we absolutely scoured care.com because our search was a rush, and Jennifer rose to the top of our list. From what we learned about her, any family would be fortunate to have her.
