Hello! I am Jen; a fun-loving, energetic, reliable nanny searching for a new family to work for in Englewood, FL as early as mid July 2025 when my current employers relocate out of state. As a full-time nanny for the past 11+ years, a lead Preschool teacher for infants through 3-year-olds for 3 years and many other childcare roles for decades before that, I absolutely love what I do. Keeping your child or children happy, safe, and engaged with age appropriate activities, songs, dance, walks, going to area parks, libraries, reading books, playing inside and out and preparing nutritional meals is just part of what I do best. I have two Bachelor of Arts degrees in addition to an Associate's Degree in Infant/Toddler Development. I am CPR and First Aid certified and a non-smoker with a reliable vehicle. As a career nanny, I do require to be paid with a W2. I look forward to speaking with you if you think I may be a good fit for your family's childcare needs. Sincerely, Jen
Lily G.

We would give Jen ten stars if we could—truly, there are no words strong enough to capture how much she means to our family. As we prepare to move out of state, we are absolutely heartbroken to be parting ways with her. Jen has been far more than a nanny to us—she has become a beloved member of our family. Over the past 18 months, Jen has cared for our son since he was just 5 months old, and under her warm, expert care, he has absolutely flourished. His development across all domains—physical, cognitive, emotional, and social—has been nothing short of remarkable. We are constantly in awe of the confident, curious, joyful little person he’s becoming, and we credit so much of that to Jen’s thoughtful guidance and nurturing presence. Jen brings a deep well of knowledge to everything she does, with a master’s degree in early childhood development and extensive hands-on experience as both a nanny and a preschool teacher. She draws on this expertise every day—creating a rich, engaging, and developmentally supportive world for our son through outdoor adventures, library programs, music, art, and playful routines. She fosters independence with gentle structure, encourages creativity, and supports emotional growth with kindness and consistency. Our son absolutely adores her—and it’s easy to understand why. Jen is patient, joyful, deeply attuned, and genuinely loves what she does. She finds magic in everyday moments and transforms them into opportunities for learning, exploration, and connection. She recognized and nurtured our son’s love of music early on, and now he lights up during story times and even tiny live performances—all thanks to her. But Jen’s impact doesn’t stop with our child. She has been an unwavering source of support for us as first-time parents. Her professionalism, reliability, and calm presence have carried us through everything from work travel chaos to hurricane evacuations. She’s given us thoughtful guidance on everything from nap schedules to navigating milestones, always with empathy and wisdom. Jen has truly become a part of our extended family. She’s connected effortlessly not only with our son, but also with our relatives and friends—who all see what a rare and special person she is. Her warmth and ease with everyone she meets have made her a seamless and cherished presence in our lives. We cannot overstate how much Jen has given to our family. Saying goodbye to her is the hardest part of our move. Whoever has the good fortune of working with her next will be beyond lucky—she is extraordinary.
