A little about me... mom of two great teenage boys, been living in Poway for 8 years, graduated from SDSU, previously a middle school science teacher. Just a genuinely well-rounded person hoping to help out. As the kids get older I have more downtime while they are at school and would love the opportunity to help those in my local community. Happy to help care for your kids, drive seniors to appointments, a little light tidying or meal prep (I am no chef!!) and just be a companion when you (or someone you love) needs a helping hand or just to gossip with! My husband has been going through a lot with his own father and found someone amazing on care. com to help his dad so I figured why not see if I can find a match for someone local. I have some flexibility on my schedule as my husband works from home (and can pick up / drop off the kids) but prefer majority of work mainly during daytime / afternoon hours.
