About Jennifer

I'm warm, patient, compassionate, and dependable. I've always felt comfortable with older people, and I genuinely enjoy their humor, honesty, stories, and perspective. I like being able to make someone's day a little easier, whether that's helping with personal care, listening, sharing a laugh, or just being a calm presence. I like to really get to know the person I'm caring for and become someone they feel comfortable with and can count on. One of my biggest passions has been running a special-needs dog rescue for the last 12+ years, so caring for those who need extra patience and understanding is a big part of my life. In my spare time, I'm usually with my animals, many of whom are blind, deaf, in wheelchairs, incontinent, or need a little extra care. Families should know I'm steady, kind, and dependable, and I care for people with the same respect and tenderness I'd want for my own family.
