About Jennifer

I'm a Vermont Licensed Nursing Assistant with CPR/BLS certification and a strong senior-care background. My experience includes ADL support, bathing, dressing, toileting assistance, hygiene, mobility support, transfers within my training, range-of-motion support as directed, fall-risk awareness, infection-control practices, observation, and reporting changes in condition. I'm comfortable following a family's care plan and routines, while offering helpful observations when appropriate. I respect that families know their loved one best. I've always felt comfortable with older adults and enjoy their humor, honesty, stories, perspective, and witty conversation. I take care seriously, but I'm also a little goofy in the best way. Good care should feel steady, respectful, and human. A unique part of my background is that I built and ran a special-needs dog rescue for 12+ years. I still care for my own special-needs pups, so patience, flexibility, and extra TLC are part of daily life.
