About Jennifer

I'd describe my personality as fun, responsible and emphatic. I like working with animals because they don't talk back. Seriously though, I love working with animals because it's so rewarding and it relaxes me. I'm looking for a job that provides flexibility as I'll be taking care of my elderly parents as well as going to school. That's why I can do drop-in service or boarding your animal and I'm not afraid to work odd hours. I started working with animals when I was laid off from my 9-5 in 2023. At first it was a way to make some spending money, then it became more of a calling. In my spare time, I like to take long walks, go to the movies, read and travel. One thing you should know about me is you can trust me. If something goes wrong, I'll let you know about it ASAP. It doesn't mean I can't handle it, it just means that I try to be completely transparent. My skills include handling big dogs, administering medication and I have a way of calming animals down.
