My previous work history has equipped me with a solid foundation for providing comprehensive care as I worked as a home health LPN for 9 years and 2 years on dementia/alzhiemers unit. I cared for my grandmother in home for 8years also my special needs son. I am driven by a desire to positively impact lives and offer families a dependable care option. I am skilled in adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion. I always follow the family's preferred communication method. I provide transportation, run errands, assist with light housekeeping, and prepare meals.
