I provide respite care, transportation, and assistance with errands, shopping, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medical management, and mobility. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with patience. I communicate with families through daily reports, verbal updates, and regular texts or phone calls. Building a comfortable environment is important to me.
