Drawing upon 30 years of experience as a medical social worker, I offer a steady, compassionate hand to families in need of respite. I understand the challenges you face as a caregiver, and I am here to provide reliable companionship & supervision for your loved one. My approach is rooted in patience and empathy, ensuring I honor each individual's unique personal history and preferences. I hold a graduate degree in social work. I'm also happy to help with light housekeeping, errands & transportation. I remain calm and adaptable when navigating changing routines or stressful moments. I am happy to communicate through your preferred method to ensure you feel fully informed and supported. I look forward to providing you with a much needed, occasional break. I do work full time and may not be able to commit to a regular/set schedule but would love to help on an occasional per diem basis (weeknights and occasional weekends).
