Almost immediately I was getting complaints from the teachers in my toddler's activity classes that she was not engaging or encouraging my child to participate fully. She was no longer participating in class events, whereas prior sitters were not having these issues. It was communicated that when the teachers looked over, she just seemed to be "spaced out" and not engaging with my child or the activities. Furthermore, she had access to my credit card to take my toddler for a haircut and she provided the barber a 50% tip because she didn't pay attention to the screen!! She only acknowledged it when I mentioned it later!! Today I was expecting her to arrive at 8:30. She no showed, no called. When I reached out to her, she said she had found another job.
