About Jennifer

I am here to help your child with their learning for the summer. With online learning being the norm for many this school year, some students have fallen a bit behind or perhaps didn't get all that they could have out of learning this year. I am a veteran (20+ years) reading teacher and I can help your child get more out of their reading/language arts skills by helping them with comprehension, fluency and questioning strategies. I have lots of experience and can help children from 2nd to 5th grade. I am bilingual and fluent (read, speak, write) in English and Spanish. I can also tutor in learning basic Spanish if that is something that is of interest to you. I am very patient, trustworthy, responsible and caring and I have a really great rapport with children.
