About Jennifer

Hello, My name is Jennifer (aka Miss Jen :) I have been in the field of education for my entire career life. I always tell people I have 2 real passions in life. I LOVE working with children and their families and I love photography. Most recently I ran a school in Sarasota that was called "inclusion" which means a school that included all children regardless of challenges or disabilities. I was there for 13 years and loved it. My husband and I have recently relocated to the Tampa Bay Area and as young grandparents we are much closer to our 2 (soon to be 3) grandchildren. I love creating activities to stimulate and enrich young minds and my therapeutic background allows me to help parents if their children may be on individual education plans or family support plans. I can enhance those goals while interacting and playing with children. I am also a photographer and I love taking pictures of children and their families :) I have numerous certifications and a Master's degree in Education. I can work with children from birth up to early adolescence. I am eager to work with families that are dedicated to their children's development as a whole (social, emotional, academic, and physical). As an added bonus I can be your family photographer. I look forward to hearing from families who not only need a babysitter or nanny, but who want a professional who can meet the needs of their children on all levels.
