Supporting the well-being and independence of seniors is one of my passions. Both of my parents have passed on, but I have experience with navigating the roller coaster ride of a person with Dementia m, as my mother had it. I hold a current CPR Training. I am a compassionate, detail-oriented caregiver who prioritizes respecting your loved one's autonomy above all else. Whether I am assisting with meal preparation, medical management, or light housekeeping, I focus on maintaining a sense of dignity. I am skilled at de-escalating stressful situations, redirecting, and adapting to changing routines, which helps ensure a calm environment. I provide consistent verbal updates or follow your preferred communication method to keep your family informed. My goal is to provide a reliable, friendly presence that makes a positive impact on your daily life.
