About Jennifer

Having witnessed firsthand the challenges patients face in accessing essential support, in my free time I decided to dedicate my time to helping families and their loved ones. I am a board certified family health physician, which provides me with a unique perspective on care. I experience first hand the difficulties people face beyond their healthcare, such as getting rides, having proper nutrition, keeping track of meds, and everything in between. I am a compassionate, friendly, and detail-oriented. I have worked in healthcare since I was 18 years old, and started as a CNA. I can provide transportation, run errands, assist with light housekeeping, and prepare meals. I communicate with families through verbal updates or regular text/phone calls, always following their preferred method. Understanding your loved one's preferences and history is important to me. I am also trained in CPR and First Aid. I look forward to bringing my skills and caring nature to your family.
