The Fun Aunt Kids Love & Parents Trust Hi! I'm Jen a Registered Nurse with 25 years of nursing experience and more than 40 years of experience caring for children, from newborns to teenagers. I bring a somewhat unique combination to childcare: I have the safety awareness, judgment and calm-under-pressure skills of an experienced RN, but my personality is much more fun aunt than Nurse Ratched! I genuinely enjoy spending time with kids-playing, laughing, helping them learn and grow into kind and capable humans. I've also lived the reality of managing a busy family household-helping to raise three stepchildren and their pets and all the logistics that keep family life moving. Being an RN made me organized, dependable and comfortable handling the unexpected. I'm CPR/First Aid certified, have a clean driving record and my own reliable vehicle. I want to be another trusted, caring adult in your children's lives-and someone you can truly rely on to care for them like I would my own.
