Worked weekend rotations at surrounding hospitals and nursing homes. Everyone should be treated with dignity and respect as they deserve. I'm a firm believer we are to respect and care for our elderly. Not to be treated as children but as the beautiful human beings they are. I've had a lot of experience with the elderly.
