About Jennifer

I'd describe my personality as kind, generous, nurturing. I like working with kids because seeing them grow, and seeing the impact the things you teach them is so rewarding. Helping them hit a milestone and seeing how they are so proud of themself is amazing to see! I've worked in centers before, and for the last 2 years I've been working full time as a nanny for a wonderful family but I'd like the opportunity to meet some new children and families on the side! I started working with kids when I was caregiving for 2 children with intellectual disabilities in 2011, and then I worked in my first center in 2015. In my spare time, I like to play video games, walk my dog, and read. One thing you should know about me is I'm a fast learner, I work hard, and I have good problem solving skills. My skills include coming up with learning opportunities, creating an environment that is fun and safe, and supporting the children in every situation.
