Jennifer is 100% reliable, is always exactly on time, and is flexible and easy to communicate with. More importantly for us, she has developed a relationship with our daughters that makes everyone feel comfortable with the care and love they are receiving. She is gentle, attentive, and easily follows through with positive discipline. She is engaging and creative and follows our toddlers lead as she explores her environment and learns every day. We couldn't ask for a better caregiver!
