My calling to care for others stems from a genuine desire to support adults and seniors, allowing them to maintain their independence and well-being. With three years of experience, I've learned the importance of patience, compassion, and a friendly approach in building strong connections with those I care for. I adapt to each individual's personality, ensuring a calm and understanding relationship built on respect and safety. I'm experienced in providing live-in home care, transportation, running errands, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and dementia care. I am also skilled in adapting to schedule changes and working with clients experiencing combative behaviors related to dementia and Alzheimer's. I keep families informed through written daily reports and verbal updates, always following their preferred communication methods. I am CPR and First Aid certified.
