I have always enjoyed older people and listening to their stories. I love to read, including out loud to people. ( I was a Storyteller with the San Diego storyteller Guild) I just wrote a book about Noah's Ark for children. I'm working on a cookbook of soup, salads, and smoothies things I make most often. I like cooking, simple, healthy, and delicious ! I love to get out and see and do things so I would especially be a good companion for someone who likes to get out, but can't drive anymore or can't find their way around. I've done this naturally all my life for older people . I was in charge of the visiting and care committee for my church for many years, visiting people, reading to them and bringing them dinners. i'm also a good advocate for people if they are in the hospital when needed for that and I believe that is necessary to have an advocate
