I am a mother of 2 adult daughters. From a very young age reading books was very important in our home as part of the early development. Kinder Music was also a big part of our household. My husband and I really enjoyed the interaction that we had during those activities. Crafts in bulk were introduced to our home with friends from our block coming over to participate. We always did summer water activities in the back yard with good summer games as well. We raised our girls in a Christian environment. They went on to go to Christian College and are now married with good careers. I would lean on my past experiences, to bring some of those and other ideas into your family.
